- 5 mg/0.5 mL
- 7.5 mg/0.5 mL
- 10 mg/0.5 mL
- 12.5 mg/0.5 mL

Zepbound™ comes in a single-use injection pen that is subcutaneously injection. Each pen is a single dose. The injection sites can either be on the upper arm, abdomen, or thigh. Rotate to a different injection site for each dose taken. It can be administered at any time of the day, with or without a meal.
Patients should remember to take their injection dose. If a dose is missed, inject the missed dose as soon as possible. Then continue with the regular scheduled doses. Zepbound™ is recommended to be injected at least three days apart.
If a patient has injected too much Zepbound™, they should notify their doctor right away or call America’s Poison Centers at 800-222-1222. If the symptoms are severe and require emergency medical treatment, call 911 or head to the nearest emergency room.
